Ms. Leslye Moraski Erickson, PhD, K12 Consultant: Leslye Moraski Erickson holds a Wisconsin school superintendent and principal license and has experience as a building administrator at both middle and high school levels. She has served as a teacher and school counselor in several public schools, and has also served in various other capacities in schools, including Alcohol and Other Drug Coordinator and positions working with at-risk students. Leslye earned her BS degree from Northern Michigan University in speech education and English. She also has an MA from Central Michigan University in guidance and counseling and MS and PhD degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in educational leadership and policy analysis.
Ms. Kathy Gosewehr, K12 Registration Consultant: Kathy Gosewehr brings more than 18 years of office experience to WIVA. Kathy's prior employment included working at KMC Stampings where she provided administrative support to various functions. She has also worked in accounting, data/order entry, customer service, engineering, human resources, purchasing, manufacturing, sales, and shipping and receiving.
Mrs. Tina Busch, K12 Technology Consultant: Tina Busch brings 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Corporate Business to WIVA. Tina has extensive knowledge and experience in project management; the design, coordination, and implementation of computer networks; infrastructure; telecommunications; operating system platforms; technical support; system security; disaster recovery; hardware and software; web page design; training and education; human resource management; and supervisory experience. Prior to joining the WIVA team, Tina's served as network/systems administrator for a public school district in Wisconsin. She was CIO/director of IT for a $4 billion government sponsored entity, human resource manager and assistant administrator for a large assisted living facility, and owner of a computer consulting firm. Tina graduated magna cum laude from Barry University in Miami with a B.S. in computer information systems and business administration. Additionally, Tina is a Novell certified engineer and an IBM certified LAN server administrator. Tina has been a guest speaker and performed various computer-training workshops in both middle schools and high schools in Florida and Wisconsin.
